Promotion: JJB Home Improvements "Luxury Upgrade" Offer

Effective Dates: February 13, 2026 – February 20, 2026 or Until 10 Spots are Filled

  • Eligibility: Offer is valid only for new residential projects with a total contract value of $50,000 or more.

  • The "First 10" Rule: Promotion is limited to the first ten (10) customers to execute a signed contract and provide the required deposit. Inquiry or consultation dates do not secure a promotional spot.

  • Upgrade Value: The "Free Upgrade" consists of a credit toward premium materials or features (e.g., stone countertops, high-end fixtures, or cabinetry add-ons) up to a maximum retail value of $5,000.

  • No Cash Value: This offer is a non-transferable credit toward project enhancements. It cannot be redeemed for cash, applied as a discount to the base labor price, or combined with any other active JJB Home Improvements discounts or incentives.

  • Selection: Upgrade options are subject to material availability. JJB Home Improvements reserves the right to provide an equivalent substitute if a specific material is out of stock.

  • Scope: All upgrades must be selected and finalized during the initial design and contracting phase. Changes made after the project start date are subject to standard change order fees.

  • General Terms

    • We reserve the right to verify eligibility and refuse service to any customer who does not meet the promotion requirements

    • This promotion is subject to availability and scheduling capacity

    • Minimum project requirements may apply based on the scope of work

    • All work is subject to standard terms and conditions outlined in our service agreements
