Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this promotion, customers must:

1. Schedule an in-home consultation appointment between November 17, 2025 and December 23, 2025

2. Sign a contract for the full project by December 31, 2025

3. Project must be scheduled to start after January 1, 2026

4. Sign a contract for one or more of the following qualifying services:

   • Kitchen renovation

   • Bathroom renovation

   • Basement finishing and renovation

   • Full room additions

5. Be a new project (excludes customers with current open opportunities or active contracts)

Discount Terms

• The 10% discount applies to both labor and materials for the qualifying project

• Maximum discount value is capped at $5,000

• Discount will be reflected in the final contract price

• Cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers

• No cash value; discount applies only to contracted services

• Non-transferable

Booking & Scheduling

• Appointments must be scheduled during the promotional period (11/17/2025 - 12/23/2025)

• Appointments may be scheduled for any available date within the booking window

• Project start dates must be after January 1, 2026

• Customers who cancel or reschedule their appointment may rebook during the promotional period to maintain eligibility

Contract Requirements

• A signed contract and deposit are required to secure the promotional discount

• Standard deposit terms apply as outlined in the service agreement

• If a customer cancels their contract after signing, standard cancellation terms apply, and the promotional discount is forfeited

• Change orders or scope additions after contract signing are not eligible for the promotional discount

General Terms

• We reserve the right to verify eligibility and refuse service to any customer who does not meet the promotion requirements

• This promotion is subject to availability and scheduling capacity

• Minimum project requirements may apply based on the scope of work

• All work is subject to standard terms and conditions outlined in our service agreements

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice

• By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions
