Promotion overview

JJB Home Improvements is offering a $1,000 credit (the "Promotion") to qualifying customers who book and sign a contract for a deck replacement or deck upgrade project. This Promotion is valid for a limited time and subject to the terms set forth below.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to residential property owners located within JJB Home Improvements' designated service area, which includes select communities in the greater Milwaukee metropolitan area, excluding downtown Milwaukee. Customers must be 18 years of age or older and must be the legal owner or authorized representative of the property where work will be performed.

Offer deadline

To qualify for the $1,000 credit, a customer must (1) schedule a free estimate with JJB Home Improvements and (2) sign a written project contract on or before April 30, 2025. Contracts signed after April 30, 2026 will not be eligible for this Promotion, regardless of when the estimate was completed.

Credit application

The $1,000 credit will be applied directly to the total project cost at the time of contract signing and will be reflected on the customer's final invoice. The credit has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, or applied to future projects. The credit may not be combined with any other discount, coupon, promotional offer, or financing arrangement unless expressly authorized in writing by JJB Home Improvements.

Qualifying projects

The Promotion applies to new deck replacement and deck upgrade projects only. Minimum project value must meet or exceed $10,000 (before credit) to qualify. Routine maintenance, cleaning, sealing, staining, or minor repairs do not qualify. JJB Home Improvements reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a project qualifies as a deck replacement or upgrade.

Service area

This Promotion is valid only for projects located within JJB Home Improvements' active service area. Service availability is subject to change. Customers are encouraged to confirm service area eligibility at the time of estimate scheduling.

Scheduling

Signing a contract by April 30, 2026 secures the Promotion, but does not guarantee a specific project start or completion date. Scheduling is subject to material availability, permitting timelines, weather conditions, and crew availability. JJB Home Improvements will make reasonable efforts to begin work in a timely manner.

Cancellations

If a customer cancels a signed contract after April 30, 2026 and wishes to rebook, the $1,000 Promotion credit will not be reinstated. Cancellation terms are governed by the signed project contract.

Limitation of liability

JJB Home Improvements reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding eligibility or credit application, the decision of JJB Home Improvements shall be final. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
